Hermann Stadler, Austria coach
It was a real help that we'd already qualified after two games. We had enough time to analyse Germany's play and we had an idea how we could beat them. Tactically, the players did great work. Germany were the favourites for our game and for the whole mini-tournament but after the first half we showed that we deserved to be winners and to take first place in the group.
Elite round draw: 3 December
